Welcome to DaybyDay (“App”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”).
By using the DaybyDay mobile application, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You must not interfere with the operation of the App, misuse emergency services, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must not post harmful, abusive, false, or illegal content.
You may need an account to access certain features.
You must provide true, accurate, and updated information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
DaybyDay is a technology platform that connects customers with third-party service providers, delivery partners, mechanics, vendors, and stores.
DaybyDay does not provide services such as fuel delivery, puncture repair, locksmith services, appliance repair, salon services, food preparation, grocery supply, or courier handling directly.
All services are performed by independent third-party professionals or businesses.
DaybyDay is not responsible for:
Delays, service quality, damages, or misconduct by third-party providers
Mistakes in products delivered (food, grocery, pharmacy, or goods)
Loss, theft, or injury during service execution
This clause protects us under the IT Act 2000 & IT Intermediary Guidelines.
By placing an order, you authorize DaybyDay or its partners to charge the applicable amount.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways or wallets.
Prices may change based on availability, surge, or service provider fees.
For certain services (fuel delivery, roadside assistance, repairs), third-party charges may differ based on location, time, and service provider availability.
This includes:
Fuel delivery
On-spot puncture repair
Locksmith / lost key service
Roadside mechanical help
DaybyDay is not responsible for:
Vehicle damage
Fire or fuel-related risks
Injury during repair work
Incorrect fitment, parts, or tools used
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or emergencies
These risks are fully handled by the independent service provider.
Food, groceries, pharmacy items: No refund once order is prepared/packed.
Services: Refund eligibility depends on service provider policies.
If the service provider cancels, you may receive a refund or credit.
If you cancel after dispatch, cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment system.
Provide accurate address, location, and instructions.
Ensure that the service provider has safe and lawful access to your premises.
Do not misuse emergency or critical services.
Do not engage in fraud, false orders, duplicate accounts, or abusive behavior.
Service providers are independent contractors.
They are not employees, partners, or representatives of DaybyDay.
They are solely responsible for the services they perform and for their equipment, tools, behavior, and safety standards.
The App may require access to your real-time location to show nearby services.
You agree to allow location access when ordering services or deliveries.
Your data is handled according to the DPDP Act 2023 and our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaybyDay is not liable for:
Losses arising from third-party actions
Product defects, service issues, or delivery delays
Personal injury, health issues, or allergic reactions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the App.
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the App belong to DaybyDay.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without permission.
DaybyDay may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse services or cause loss to providers
You submit false information or fraudulent orders
The App may contain links to third-party websites.
DaybyDay is not responsible for the content or policies of such sites.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DaybyDay from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from:
Your misuse of the App
Your interaction with service providers
Any violation of these Terms
DaybyDay is not responsible for failure of performance due to:
Natural disasters
War, strikes, lockdowns
Internet or network outage
Other events beyond control
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms with a new Effective Date will be posted in the App and continue to apply after you use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu (Kanyakumari or Chennai).
